Mindful Eating Session

Service Description

Mindful Eating is a form of self-care when we reconnect with our bodies and our senses through food. During the session, I'll guide you in a grounding mediation and then work with you to savor a meal/drink mindfully, leaning into connection with yourself. Research shows that mindful eating as a regular practice has many benefits. I'll cover them in the session as well.
