Seeds of Self - A New Moon Women's Circle

🌿There is a part of you that already knows what she needs.

She doesn't need another plan, another push, or another productivity hack. She needs permission to slow down, come home to herself, and plant something new.

🌿Seeds of Self is a New Moon Women's Circle designed for exactly that.

We'll gather at the breathtaking Thielke Arboretum in Glen Rock, NJ—surrounded by nature, held by community, and guided back to the quietest, most knowing part of ourselves.

🌿This is a full afternoon of intentional restoration:

• Breathwork and somatic movement to settle your nervous system

• Watercolor seed paper vision boards—you'll create something beautiful and plant it when you're ready, watching your intentions literally take root

• A gratitude practice to anchor you in what's already growing

• EcoNIDRA sensory meditation—a deeply restorative, nature-immersive rest that connects you to your senses, your body, and nature in a way nothing else does

• Intention setting to carry the energy of this new moon cycle forward

• Light refreshments to ground and savor the present moment

  
  

🌿The theme of this circle is safety and inner nurturing—two things most of us were never really taught to give ourselves. This isn't a workshop. It isn't a class. It's a coming home.

🌿This circle is co-facilitated by Leah and Liubou — two women who believe deeply in the power of slowing down, coming back to the body, and planting seeds that are ready to grow.

• Liubou Shefarevich:

  founder and owner of nature-hearted LLC; a certified nature & forest therapy guide, a certified EcoNIDRA meditation teacher, a mindful eating practitioner, and a herbalist in training. Liubou guides women in reconnecting to their senses, slowing down, rediscovering their passion for nature, learning about herbs for grounding and healing.

• Leah Fairchild:

  founder and owner of On Purpose Evolution, an intuitive holistic coach, author and The Pattern Interrupter. Leah is certified in trauma-informed life coaching, positive psychology and mindset, nutrition, fitness, and NLP. She also holds training in oracle and tarot facilitation. Leah guides women through nervous system regulation, somatic practice and pattern interruption toward embodied self-trust and lasting change.
