Mindul Eating Session - April's Aromatics
Some foods are just so fragrant and bursting with flavor! In this session, we'll savor an aromatic food in a virtual circle. I'll guide you toward accessing the benefits of this practice through a grounding mediation and step-by-step instructions to enjoy mindful eating.

About the event
Mindful eating is a form of self-care when we take the time to listen to our body in relation to food. This practice is backed by decades of research. And it's fun! In this month's session, we'll explore how aromatic foods support our body.
- Bring something fragrant that invigorates you and awakens your senses. It can be mint tea, a cinnamon bun, or a curry, etc. Your choice!
- Bring some coloring or painting supplies.
Through gentle prompts and engaging activities, I'll guide you to access the benefits of such foods and the wisdom of your body. We'll start with a short meditation, followed by a mindful eating exploration and some hearfelt story weaving.
