Every mealtime, every cup of tea offer an oportunity to slow down and be in the present moment. In this session, we'll savor a meal in a virtual circle. I'll guide you toward accessing the benefits of this practice through a grounding mediation and step-by-step insctructions to enjoy mindful eating.

About the event
Mindful eating is a form of self-care when we take the time to listen to our body in relation to food. This practice is backed by decades of research. And it's fun! In this session, I'll guide you to explore the food and/or drink that you choose to bring - engaging the senses, paying attention without jundgement, and accessing the wisdom of the body. We'll start with a short meditation, followed by a mindful eating exploration and some hearfelt story weaving.
