Experience deep rest with these two healing modalities, nourish your soul in a supportive circle, and replenish your energy with delicious herbal mocktails and homemade snacks.

• Introductions:

  Learn about the benefits of EcoNIDRA and sound therapy.

• Guided EcoNIDRA journey:

  Experience being guided on a triple journey through your senses, energy points of the body, and your imagination. Rest deeply to the sounds of the garden.

• Sound bath:

  Let every cell of your body resonate to high vibrations of crystal bowls. Reach the depths of a rested state of consciousness.

• Journaling and integration:

  Write down or sketch your insights, reflections, and thoughts. Share your experience in a supportive circle facilitated by the event hosts.

• Moon gazing and herbal mocktails:

  Send your wishes to the Full Moon and enjoy delicious herbal mocktails prepared with fresh herbs from the garden. Light refreshments will be provided.

• Goodbyes:

  Depart with a sense of calm and renewed connection to yourself and the Earth.
