Create Your Broom Charm Workshop

Many cultures around the world have rituals connected to the change of seasons and "the dark time" - deep fall and winter when nature quiets down, when the days get short, and when we retreat into our homes. We can mark this transition with the intention of keeping warmth in and keeping the dark out - by creating a special broom charm infused with good wishes, prayers, and positive energy.  Dressing in a costume is optional, but recommended for fun's sake. 

Workshop flow:

• Meet and greet: Get together around a firepit for introductions. 
• Nature Therapy: Connect to nature through your senses. A sensory meditation and a slow wander around the garden will be offered.
• Crafty time: Decorate a cinnamon broom with natural materials you'll gather on the property, dried flowers and grasses, special amulets, and messages. All ingredients will be provided.
• Tea ceremony: Enjoy herbal tea and snacks around the fire.
• Picture time: Take pictures in a cozy garden setting.

Workshop is facilitated at a private gaden in Bloomfield by Liubou Shefarevich, owner of nature-hearted LLC.
