About the event

Creativity, rest, pause, savoring of the present moment... How do you connect to your essence? We'll witness each other, reflect on our innate strengths, and offer wisdom to a sisterhood circle.

During this event, we'll offer three workshops to connect with your body, your senses, and your creative self. Imagine experiencing breathwork in a beautiful, serene garden surrounded by trees, connecting to your senses and resting deeply with EcoNIDRA, and participating in the process of making a loaf of sourdough bread and savoring it straight out of the oven!

***The address for the event will be listed in your confirmation email and your ticket.
